Sounds like a prosencephalic lesion to me...

The prosencephalon is a portion of the brain. Damage to it can cause circling towards the side with the lesion on it.



There is someone on the crested gecko forum for yahoo that also has a Crestie with a prosencephalic lesion.



Depending on what the cause of the lesion is, it might stay the same or get worse. I would seriously doubt that it would get better as neural tissue does not have the ability to regenerate.



As long as your little Crestie is doing well and finding food I would just make sure that there isn't a lot of stuff in the cage for him to fall off of and leave it at that. Personally, I wouldn't suggest breeding this animal.
