I successfully kept a group of male cresteds for a year (around 4 months old until 16 months old). The group consisted of three males, all approximately the same size and age, none of which had ever seen or been near any of my females. The got along just fine. That said, I wouldn't trust any male gecko to cohabitate with another male gecko after the introduction of a female. That's asking for trouble .
