Difference Between "Big" (Good) & "Fat" (Bad)????

I have a large female that will eat ANYTHING... Live, P/K, F/T... It does not matter to her. She is currently 4'4" long, 2500 grams, and 8.5" in diameter at her largest point. How do I determine if she is fat, or if she's just a happy healthy BIG girl? Here's a pic with a cigarette pack for reference. Let me know what you think.
