Get the female warmed and back into her normal enclosure and pretty much leave her alone in a quiet place in the house. Wait a few days and offer food but keep a small dish of water in her cage so she can drink when she wants to. I would also keep her separate from other geckos as well (if you normally house them in groups). Once settled in again, she should be fine.



As for the eggs, they should have a good chance to hatch, so keep incubating them till they either hatch or obviously go bad.
