Bearded dragons can vomit if they eat too much at once, or don't have enough time to digest their food before lights out. Being gravid may have caused her to vomit if she ate to m uch and didn't have enough room her in her stomach due to eggs taking up all the space etc. The smelly runny poo is often a sign of parasites. If her next poo is fine, and she is keeping food down fine, there shouldn't be anything to worry about. If the poo is very runny or very smelly a fecal by a vet would be a good ideal.
Deffinitely keep her well hydrated and stress free for the next couple days.
As for acidophiliz, I don't think too many petstores carry it, you may have to get it from your vet or online. Pediolite is another pro-biotic you can use, which is typically found in regular pharmacies, as it is used with children to help them.
