I tried many times to capture the soft colors and each time my pictures either come out too dark or too light. These pictures do show the strong color, but actually maybe too strong. In person they have more of a softer pastel look to them with really smooth looking colors. I am finding it hard to describe... they do look like these pics, just softer in color. Does that make sense?

Of course having Hogg in them also allows them to have a light and dark phase. As you can see in the bottom two pics as I was taking the pics they were changing from light to dark. I have noticed this as a day and night phase, as well as showing stress I think. I say this because if they are in the light phase and I take them out.. they immediately start to darken.
