Maybe this could not be a completely bad thing? I know it would kind of suck to not be able to get the new blood importewed in every year. But think of the prices on CBB BPs; I would think they would sora. People wanting to buy a BP would have to think pretty hard, instead of just being able to pick one up for $25 (yes, I bought one at petco for that price years ago, lol.)

I think there would be many less unwanted BPs if this happened. The people who would lose out, are those who get to "cherry pick" the imports and find anything new or different looking.
