I'll believe it when I see it. I've been hearing rumors of this since around '93 or '94, but what I've noticed is that there are more imported now than there where then. Same goes for the CITES II. I don't think they're going to cease exporting them in the near future........but I could be wrong. With increased interest comes increased demand.
