Jesse, I have seen others post litters of premature babies and they had very light silver tails, and looked anerythristic in general. I may be wrong, but I believe color is one of the last things to develop. As a result the color you are seeing may simply be do to the fact they are premature, as your one thought had been. Wait and see.
