very few beardies will drink from a bowl...you should either mist the beardie with a water bottle or use a syringe (minus needle) or eyedropper to drip water onto your beardies nose, which he will lick off...

they often turn darker in color when stressed or when cold...the colr difference is especially noticeable on the belly...
