Hey Ball Friends, Just thought I would post something good and bad.



First, here is a picture of a Pastel HET VPI Axanthic. I bred a SUPER PASTEL male to a VPI Axanthic female and got 8 eggs. Of coures because of the SUPER being the Dad, ALL the babies came out Pastel het Axanthic. IF I would have used a Pastel male, I could have had 4 Pastels, 3, 2, or even 1 or NONE.



Here is my next Point. I have been waiting 5 years to produce my clown. I bought a Clown Male and a Het female. This year FINALLY my female HEt drops 7 eggs. As both clutches are Hatching, I get to see 8 KILLER Pastels het Axanthic. On the FLIP side, I look over to my coveted Clown project, and I get 1 clown out of 7 eggs. HORRIBLE ODDS!!!!! You win some you loose some.



That is the NICE thing about SUPERS!!!! You really don't have those odds that can nip you in the Butt. I sometimes feel like I'm always on the negative side of the odds, but then I get 1 good litter where it really takes care of me.



OHHH the ins and outs of the Snake Business. Just goes to show becauase someone has 16 Spider eggs, or 18 PIN eggs, they may not get 8 spiders or 9 Pins. They could end up with 2 or 3. Of course the UPSIDE is you could end up with the opposite and hit the JACKPOT. That is why SUPERS are going to be SOOO Valuable. It will take out all those odds of getting those DANG Normals that can be depressing when the odds don't come out on your favor.



Long Story Short. People get CONSUMED with the MARKET CRASHING becasue of all the EGGS out there. Well, it all evens itself out in the end. WITH the BIG HITS come the BIG losses. Incubators Burning up, heat problems, etc.... This isn't as easy as we all would like to think. Of course in My opinion Balls are a TON easier then the Boas, but even the Balls have the ups and downs.
