Do you kep any desert species? If you are thinking about evaporative cooling you are going to increase the humidity in the entire room, that could lead to respiratory infections on some animals.



If you want to try the evaporitive cooling, I would also suggest getting a small dehumidifier. I wouldnt open the windows since the air outside is going to be warmer then you are trying to acomplish inside.
