LOL - I feed two nights a week and usually feed about 15 per night, and I do have some insecure ones that feed in their cages. But for the rest I line up some feeding tubs on my pool table, feed a group, while they are feeding I clean out their tubs, when they are done, I put them back, clean out the feeding tubs and start the next group. It's really not as hard as it sounds. It takes about an hour a couple nights a week. Grant it, it's not just dropping a rat in a tub, but it works for me.
