RE: New to the forum, needing some help.

We are using the exoterra fir bark. The terrarium the they were in cracked so we have them in a smaller temp while it is getting fixed. A friend of ours at the pet store says itt looks like scale rot So we will be switching to newspaper I guess. I have an appointment to get him to the vet late today or in the a.m. Solutions to fix this problem? I was advised to bump up the heat and keep neosporin on the affected area. Thanks for the help, I can't stand the the thought of losing another one!
