It will be my first leap into the DSLR world ... cant wait!



I was debating on the new D70s but the D50 is a bit smaller / lighter of a camera and is said to be a bit more SLR newbie friendly.



Going to start of with the stock lens kit ... maybe a nice macro lens later.



The D50 isnt released yet (july 6th is what amazon has listed). This is the only review I could find (japanese) http://dc.watch.impress.co.jp/cda/review/2005/06/06/1651.html
