need advice on belly rot

I have this rescued boa and have cleared up all health problems except the belly rot. It does not seem to be getting better. All the scales are in tact but it looks like solid burst blood vessels under the scales. It has been a month since all else cleared up and she shed for me. Her temps are 85 on the cool and 95 on the hot. I have her on newspaper and am very careful that she is never ever on wet papers except anything that gets spilled or soiled over night but I clean first thing in the morning. Should she get some injections or can you recomend some ointment?
