I would go with Silkworms!!! They are a little more expensive but they are bigger and more nutritious! PLUS they can be fed to ANY age without impaction!!!

Rebel, my bearded dragon has been confirmed as a female. We all thought she was male Anyways, I couldn't be prouder....
