If the father is actually an anery then yes, all of the offspring are 100% het anery. For anery babies to have been produced from your "normal" appearing mother she would have to be het anery. IMHO the animal pictured does not look anery to me since there is some reddish brown color in the tail area. Unless you are certain the sire is a true anery I wouldn't bill the babies as being het for this trait.
