There are many insular BCI (Boa constrictor imperitor) of which should be under 5ft, full grown, such as the Corn Isle Boa

With a 12ft. cap you basically do not have to worry about any B.c.ssp. growing too large for you. The largest infrequently reach 10ft. Those are old Colombian females and BCC females.
