Ituri Rhino's are a "made up" name. A mythical snake!

Babies with vibrant colors are often called Ituri's.

At one time, in the late 70's, rhino were imported from the Ituri Forest region of Africa, these animals were brighter in coloration,(locality difference) hence the name.

Ituri Forest Rhino vipers, is usually used to describe rhino's with vivid colors. However when these snakes reach adulthood, they darken.Importers,and dealers in the late 70's seized upon this name (the local) and ran with it.
