Cooling the interior temperature of your home or the room the bearded dragon is in, will help cool the tank. Making sure the tank is not in direct sunlight will work as well. An AC unit certainly will help. I wouldn't worry much about humidity unless it's realy humid in your area. Through dragons are from an arid region, they can tolerate humidity levels of around 50-60% without any concern to their health. Really high levels of humidity could cause respiratory infections but only if it's a long period of high humidity (over a month I think, though I am not 100% positive). Switching to a lower watt basking light can help as well.
