I agree that you should seperate them. They are too small and dangerous breeding can occur at this age. The female will likely grow if she is seperated. You can reintroduce them at a later breeding season if you wish to breed them, if not, i would keep them seperated.



Another point, the colors of the "sandfire" type dragons come out much better if they are allowed exposure to natural unfiltered sunlight. If you can, try taking her outside to bask in the sun for at least 3-4hours a week, you might see some improvement in her colors. I would make sure she is situated and unstressed in her new tank before doing this.



I would also get a fecal done because the presence of the male could have stressed her to the point that she now has parasites. a fecal is cheap and a great way to check up on your dragons health
