It isn't healthy for her to be holding eggs back, as this can cause impaction. Best thing to do is prepare a proper egg laying bin and set her up in it to lay her eggs. A rubbermaid type container filled with vermiculate and clean sand/soil and moistened so it clumbs nicely but when squeezed water doesn't drip out. Depth should be about 8-12". Use a clamp lamb to heat the sand and you can start a tunnel to encourage her to dig and lay eggs. | ||
