Posted by: erico at Wed Jul 16 11:22:20 2003 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by erico ] While it is not reccomended because of the risk of dessication, predation or the escape of the hatchlings, many people with outdoor enclosures have found babies later in the season and the sea turtle egg rescue people routinely rebury the eggs on the beach in a protected screened-over area. Murphy's Law seems to work in spades here, however. On the very day the eggs hatch, you will probably be out of town or otherwise miss the event. | ||
