yes, there are triple antibiotics made specificlly for administering to the eye. Neomycin sulfate, polymyxin B sulfate, bacitracin, and hydrocortisone are used in Ophthalmic ( eye ) ointments. These ingredients are the same that are used in triple antibiotic topical ointments. But topical ointments usually contain additional ingredients not meant for use in the eye, that may cause irritatation and inflammation.I would not suggest this type of triple antibiotic for use in the eyes. find a triple antibiotic that says "ophthalmic".
