Arabesques are a co-dominant morph. If you breed an Arabesque to a normal, statistically, 50% of the litter should be Arabesques and 50% should be normals. I believe Steve Hammond did the first successful Arabesque x Arabesque breeding last year and produced some "Super Arabesques".

From what I've been told by other breeders, ALL true Arabesque Boas have the dot or dots on the top of their head. I believe Arabeque Boas are classified by this marking on top of their head as well as by the connected saddles and generally a ladder tail. I have also noticed that a large majority of them have a lot of peppering/speckling although I have seen a few that are extremely clean. I would be interested to see/hear if the bellies of these clean patterned Arabesque Boas are speckled or not. Mine has a ton of speckling along her sides as well as on her belly.

Thanks,
Celia
