This is something!!
My first boa litter. My 5 year old sharp female , gave birth tonight. I havent got a good count on them yet, but it looks good. No slugs , all live so far. None were in the sac, but most have some stuff still hanging out the belly. Im hoping that will all suck up by tommorow.
This is awsome, i have had many a ball clutch which is cool, but this is neat, to go in and see some white things in the back of the cage.
I was really starting to wonder if i was gonna get babies at all. I didnt see her get big, ovulate or anything. and she only shed a month ago. so go figure.
I think i only see 1 sunglow, but quite a few salmon het sharp.
The one salmon stands out, has a line going down the side and some cool back markings on the neck, with a really clean tail.

the dad, a salmon het sharp, was only 18 months when i started breeding them. but was 4-1/2 ft and apparently a good breeder.

Im stoked!!!
ill see what the final tally is tommorow.
Heres a couple pics.

Thanks

Mike Combs
