I have two 3 - 4 yr old females and they are both only about 4ft long. The female who produced these babies was also less than 5ft ...so these snakes can breed at a small size (and grow very slowly)... but there have been several reports of larger Boas from Honduras main land - in fact there seems to two different sized lines - but of course it could be that the sample size of animals collected has been too small and with exports now banned we have incomplete records. Either way they are amazing beautiful boas.
