I think it's ignorant to assume that the person is ignorant.

Yes, the letter A should be replaced by the letter U, but I doubt there is anyone here that always spells perfect.

The letter H is right below the letter Y, could it be possible tha the person hit the wrong key? Maybe an email to the person is the best thing to do. He/She will either tell you they misspelled the word or you may end up teaching something to him/her.
