I was so anxious to breed them but at age 3 (last Fall) they were in the 4.5 foot range with good girth. I never seriously considered breeding them. Now they are in great shape for this Fall even though they still are not large females. It's tough to be patient but the animals will more likely reward you with healthy litters. [ Hide Replies ]
