I use the six footers to breed in and the four footers to house in the rest of the year. This year I had animals breed in four footers also but they were six foot females. Animals bigger than six foot start looking a little cramped to me in the four footers. I get the double hear in the sixers and single heat in the four foot models. I also have all locking cages, I wish I had gotten lights in all the cages to but I didnt. As long as your room is 75 degrees or up they work VERY well. I have never had boas breed as well as they do in these..... but thats just me on the west coast! See ya.
