if you will be breeding and obviously expand in this hobby, go with the 4 footers that are 11" high and get them with the Heat AND light installed inside... they are sooooo worth it!!!



BOTH are extremely safe, low wattage, extremely well built/installed, and should NEVER be an issue! (said from 4 years experience with them for all my animals)



If you have the room, like the display idea, have the money, and won't be getting too many adults, go with the 18" high model with the shelf installed too. You will NOT regret it.





I also had the expandable end option on 6 cages, and I would make them into 3seperate 8 foot breeding cages when I had my 8-9 footers.
