Sounds like you may be feeding too much. Try feeding only once a week. You should use a snake hook to take the boa out of its enclosure, once out, and then you should be able to hold it in your hands. Be consistent and your boa should stop the striking. On rare occasions you will get boas that will continue to strike, but like I said "on rare occasions".
