I went in and talked to my chameleon guy last night. He was quite mad at me. haha. He said that he has been raising Chams for 40 years now and has never even had so much as a sick cham. He knows what he is doing.

However I have read all of your posts and thank you for the help. I got him a new happy place to live. It's nice and tall with lost of foliage to climb in. He has been brown for a couple days and when I set the tank up last night and put him into it he turned a very vivid neon green and has stayed light green since. He is happily exploring right now actually. I am watching him as I type.

Lele, yes I meant calcium with vit D. I don't know what I was thinking putting vit C, maybe because I was drinking OJ. I don't know. haha.

He is having a great time chasing his crickets around as I dump them into his tree and he eats them all up happily. The new home is just the right size for him and I was told it will last him his lifetime.

Also I should have said resting instead of sleeping. He never closes his eyes except when all his lights are off. He is just sitting still in other instaces, and his eyes are always moving.

NOTE - It was a very rouch night for me and Charlie last night. I was sitting with him outside and most likely because of his lack of space inside he took off into a HUGE bush we have. It took me, my parents and my neighbor to find him. It took an hour and boy was he angry when we got him out. I have been watching him closely since then. he has eaten, drank and pooped so hopefully he is ok.
