They are sight predators and gave up a lot of sensory organ brain space to favor support of their complex eyes. I consider them very similar to birds in a lot of ways. They have complex lung structure so may be very sensitive to chemicals in the air. Air quality is important for them, so I suspect aromatherapy might not be a great idea. They tend to rely so much on visuals that a place that offers good security and seclusion (they can watch everything without being seen) may be more relaxing than odors in the air. [ Hide Replies ]
