Please help...possible egg bound female honduran

One of my female hondurans is possibly egg bound. It has been 13 days so far since her last shed and last Friday she laid 2 eggs in the nesting box which both appear to be slugs. I kept those eggs with the female and came back from out of town today expecting to see the rest of the eggs in the nest box. All I saw was the female coiled up in the next box without eggs. Is it too early to assume she is eggbound and if she is, what can I do to save her? At this point, all I want to do is same the female from dying. Thanks, Barin
