What type of pac man

I am considering buying a pac man but not sure what kind to get? Are there any significant differences besides looks? I am thinking about an albino so it won't blend in with it's substrate so good, we want to be able to see him/her! Also, what should I use for substrate? I know I shouldn't use a heat pad, but do I need a light? I live in Massachussets and we get pretty cold winters.
