I've noticed something similar happening here in VA: two of our girls have produced larger than average clutches also. One was not, by any means, a record setter, but since she's only ever laid 3 or 4 at a time, a clutch of 5 was an up-tick.
The other female has laid 6 eggs each time quite reliably, so when, a couple of weeks ago, she laid an eye-popping 9 eggs, we wondered the same thing, about whether or not she'll lay again.
Glad to hear of another member of the 'Nine at a Time Club'.
