You can squirt sterile saline (contact lens rinse) at the eye to help him. The saline won't sting as much as plain water. If you can see any sticky matter around the eye you could gently brush it away with a Q tip soaked with saline. The vet can examine the eye with an opthalmoscope when he gets in. | ||
