I got my first very very very young beardie yesterday. Brought her home and put her in the tank and everything seemed fine, but she just doesnt seem very active like she was when I picked her up. Is this normal for babies to be like this until they get used to stuff? At first all she did was "hide" (I wasnt aware that you arent supposed to have hiding stuff in a tank with beardies this small) so I took everything out except for her rock to bask under the lamp, a small stick, and her food / water bowl. So now she kinda does the "glass run" every once in a while but other then that she kinda just hangs out in the hot corner of the tank looking half awake. She perks up when I pick her up and will grasp onto my finger for dear life when I try to put her back in the tank. All the temps are perfect (hot / cold sides / basking) I have the outdoor grass for the substrate right now.. Basicly everything is prefect I just want to make sure she is going to be ok. IDeas?
