You can never give a chameleon enough room
The bigger the better, literally. The only issues you have to
worry about when going large are 1. finding food (does she cup feed, or free range insects?) If the enclosure gets too large, finding food is a problem, but usually only in a large room setup, or with very small chameleons. Crickets are easy to find in a 260 rept.
2. Light.. can you provide enough light to penetrate down to the floor of the cage? (I use about 4 24" reptisun flourecent tubes and a clip light for a 260 reptarium, and that's still too dark at the bottom. Positioning the cage by a window helps ALOT.
3. Water.. Can you mist a large enough area for her to easily find a drink?
If you can meet those basic requirements, go as big as possible.
