this is from Timberline and is how I have been keeping mine. Have you been keeping them in the fridge? They still grow but not nearly as fast. I take mine out every two weeks to feed for 24 hours then put back or take out what I'll need for feeding, give them an apple slice overnight then offer to the chams. Also, if yours have been in the same bedding for all this time you may want to use a strainer to get all the chaf, shed, etc. and start them off fresh.
