I use pothos vines and hang them from the top of the cage.
They hardly need any light, and will grow like crazy if the soil is kept moist all the time. They create good vines for
climbing on, you can wrap them around for pathways and they will eventually fill most of the cage. Ficus usually drop leaves when you first get them, then stabalize with alot less leaves. Some will aclimate to low light, some don't. They seem to need lots of light and water to grow bushy.
