Yeah there are laws, but they are not enforced. I bought frogs under the assumption that they were Rice Paddy Frogs, they were frogs that live in rice paddys called Crab Eating Frogs. Now I think i got ripped off too, but noone will do anything about it. Ask the people on this forum how often they get a deal on something or they get ripped off because something is mislabeled.
