I'm not the most experienced in the world but I've been told from a friend who owns 4-5 adults that his averaged 36-48 inches in their first two years but were very thick. After that they seemed to put on length very quickly with all going over the five foot mark within their third year. So far my female is following that path as she is not quite two yet and sitting at around 40" but she's super thick.
