When I first got my pacman frog it (not sure what sex) went into hibernation right away. They wont eat during this stage so it could

be doing this for you. Is the skin a different plastic like look? This is a sure sign of hibernation. I wouldn't worry as long as the body mass isn't being lost. These frogs can go without food for a month and usually be fine, but I wouldn't try.
