Some of it depends on your feeding routine ( much of it). Though I'm not into heavy feedings, I try to get my females around 6' by their 4th or 5th year - but I also have one on her 4th year that's just passing the 5 ft mark, and not due to her feeding regemine.

Are you certain that it's a female? Males can tend to not get as large, and there are plenty of mis-sexed snakes being sold, at least to my good friend ...lol. He's received so many males that were sold to him as females.

They do start slowing down after the first couple of years also.
