Try Ed's fly meat (more)

Their FF's are in a very nutritious medium which the flies feed from. You can also put some flies in with an orange slice that you dabbed with a bit of honey, vitamin dust, calcium dust, and also sprinkled with a tiny bit of yeast. The flies will eat that and be gutloaded.
