If you tell us where it came from we can narrow down the species. It looks like a Fence Lizard but young Spinys can look like young Fence Lizards as well. Regardless of which species they are diurnal and need UV light and a basking area. They are insectivores and it should do fine on crickets and similar items. Larger Spinys will eat smaller lizards.
