If I understand you correctly, you have a t-positive albino male and want to produce t-negative babies. I assume that both t-pos and t-neg mutant genes are recessive to their normal counterparts. If not, please post, and I will adjust.



You would have to breed your t-pos snake to a t-neg snake or to a heterozygous t-neg snake. Then take those normal looking babies and breed them to a t-neg snake or to a heterozygous t-neg snake. Some t-neg snakes would be among the second generation babies.



You could also mate the first generation normal looking babies together, but I would not advise it. Because the second generation babies would be a mixture of normal, t-pos, t-neg, and combined t-pos and t-neg snakes. Sorting them out could be difficult.



It would be simpler to sell the t-pos adult and buy a pair of t-neg or heterozygous t-neg snakes.
